1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Barneys Delivery services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Barneys Delivery regarding your use of our cannabis delivery services in Surrey, Langley, and White Rock, British Columbia.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase and consume cannabis products in British Columbia.

We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide valid ID will result in order cancellation without refund.

Any attempt to purchase cannabis products while under the legal age will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Service Area and Delivery

Barneys Delivery operates exclusively in Surrey, Langley, and White Rock, British Columbia. We offer same-day delivery services within our designated service areas.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made at the time of delivery. We accept cash and electronic payment methods. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

5. Product Information and Quality

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All cannabis products are sourced from licensed producers and comply with Health Canada regulations. Product potency and effects may vary.

If you receive a product that does not match your order or is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are final once the product has been delivered and accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Product delivered does not match order
• Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• Order was not delivered

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any health effects, adverse reactions, or consequences resulting from the use of cannabis products purchased through our service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
